“As a musician, teaching has always been a large part of what drives me. I’ve come to realize that some of my biggest growth as a musician has been through teaching, and I strongly believe that teachers learn just as much from their students as the students do from a teacher. I first began teaching at the age of 13 and have made it a goal to better my mentorship and musical guidance for every student I work with. Creativity, self expression, and a love of music are all essential for any student to enjoy lessons and excel as musicians. However, it is also important for students to learn accountability, discipline, and organization. As a teacher, I strive for lessons to be fun and educational while developing skills they can use for the rest of their lives.”
